I had been searching for paintings of my favourite mountains where my husband and I travel each year, and could not find anything I liked in any gallery anywhere, local or distant. I sent two photos to KeenART to be made into oil paintings and they are not only better than I had hoped for, but they are also better than anything I saw in high end galleries. Thank you. I ordered 3 shadow boxes that I was going to give as Christmas presents. The quality of the frames themselves were fantastic, I was very happy with them. Unfortunately they sent the wrong foam core backing (I ordered black, but they sent white) so I had to spend another $16 on Amazon to purchase the correct colour. I tried to reach out to them via phone call numerous times, but nobody ever answered. I even left a voice mail and nobody got back to me. Overall, happy with frames, but hard to contact them if issues arise.
